My comfy apartment, located in the charming wine-growing village of Rümmelsheim, is the perfect base for a relaxing break in one of Germany’s most scenic wine regions. Whether you enjoy hiking, historical towns, visiting local wine-producers or want to visit the Rhine Valley, Bad Kreuznach or Mainz – here, you`ll find everything is just a stone`s throw away.
Particularly popular are the many wine festivals in the region - a true highlight here in Ruemmelsheim - the Weinhöfe-Fest which takes place every year over Whitsun. It`s a unique and popular event, whereby all six wine producers open their doors, present their wines and offer a variety of regional culinary goodies. The variety of live music adds to the magicalal atmosphere, with something for every taste.
As you can imagine, demand for accommodation is particularly high at this time of year
– so be sure to book your stay well in advance!
I am a certified Culture and Wine Ambassador of the region Nahe. This means, I can happily provide individual wine recommendations and tips as to what to do and where to go.
If you wish, I will even organise your daily itinerary, take you on a tour through the vineyards or present the region`s wines myself.
My apartment offers:
• Space for up to 4 people
• with 2 cosy bedrooms
• a Living room with large sofa/TV/Breakfast Bar
• a Small balcony with a view over the vineyards
• Bathroom with shower/WC/hairdryer & towels
The apartment is self-contained and includes: a coffee machine, kettle, fridge, toaster and egg boiler. In addition, a breakfast starter pack (breakfast basics including wine if required) may be ordered at an extra charge. It does not however, provide cooking equipment.
Located on the 2nd floor of my own home (hence not barrier-free), the apartment is accessible via the main house entrance still enjoying a high degree of privacy.
Bedding and towels are included in the price.
Parking and enjoyment of my garden are available on request.
Smoking and Pets are not permitted.
Rates: for the whole apartment (ca 60 m²) including both double rooms and as described above: €120 per night. Breakfast Package, wine, itinerary suggestion and any further requests will be invoiced at an extra cost and depending on your requirements.
